Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your GIA pieces, but if something isn't right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in original condition with tags attached and hygiene liners in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our automated Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Your Resolution

  Select whether you would like an exchange for a different size or color, or a return for store credit issued via a GIA gift card.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at your nearest carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your exchange will be dispatched or your store credit will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days.
